Dr.Benaderet took care of all my kids and was great with them, friendly, patient and kind. He does good work and his prices are super affordable. He works with you so you can manage it. Today he’s fixing retainers for me and he’s still great. I know he had some trouble with receptionists/office staff especially during the worst of the pandemic, but that is inaccurate and unfair to rate him down for that. The truth is among orthodontists, he’s now the best kept secret in Orange County!
Wouldn’t recommend! The office manager said she would call me back never did, very unprofessional. They dragged their feet with my whole braces situation. When I called and told them I was frustrated they said that they had to transfer my case when I wasn’t even rude or anything. They lost a lot of business cause I was going to take my other kids there. Volunteered to go get my X-rays and they said I couldn’t but there shouldn’t be a reason I couldn’t
The most unprofessional dental office i have ever come across i recommend that you take your kids and or yourself somewhere else.
No complaints whatsoever
I’ve been trying to get ahold of the receptionist cathrine for more than a week to get an update on having my braces removed. I have called 6 times since last Monday and every time I call I either speak to someone else who has no idea with what’s going on with my case or I reach the after hours line which is just a phone service or I’m told cathrine will call me back.
