I waited six months for an appointment. Upon entering the office I realized I did not have my physical insurance cards. The front desk person was unprofessional, uncooperative, aggressive, impolite, and unassistive. She refused to call my insurance company to verify my insurance. She told me if I went home to get my cards, A ten minute drive round trip, I would loose my appointment. I finally found my cards in my photos. I still had to wait an hour to be seen by the dr. Dr. Rudolph is an excellent dermatologist. He is kind and excellent during all types of skin checks and procedures. He explains everything and gives you his full attention. I highly recommend him and his staff.
I'm so happy Dr. Rudolph saw me. He is so kind and caring. It's really hard to find a doctor like him in any medical practice. He is very thorough and right on with his diagnosis. I'm a really tough patient to treat because I have many skin conditions. He is the kind of doctor you used to always have, and now is rare to find.
I recently visited Dr. Dennis Gross -one of the best skin Drs in the world- and he was instantly concerned by my skin. I was prescribed retina and tret by this dr to help my acne at 18. Through out the years this dr kept telling me to push on with the “gold” -retina- as soon as Dr. Gross saw my dry red face and explained to him what I was prescribed he said that the retina has caused a REACTION to my skin and has developed into rosacea… I told him that this dr suggested to “push through” the redness and dryness and he was “n... read more
Dr. Rudolph is amazing and I’m so glad I found him! He is absolutely the best in his field of work! He reminds me of how caring the physicians used to be! He is always kind and caring but most of all he listens and looks at the whole picture. I’m happy to wait for such amazing service. I have had surgery and he really did an amazing job!
Stay away His practice has gotten so big, he and his cadre of staff can’t handle it They run an hour late at least and carry an attitude of too bad. Make another appointment if you have anything else to do. And they are rude about it too. If you ask to see the office manager, they say that’s the doctor. So good luck if you decide to go there. I would rather go to a doctor that cares about me, not one that sees us as another $$$$&
Have been going for many years He is very quick with potentially painful treatments ... over before I realized what was happening He explains things Very pleasant And all his staff are great too .....

He is very thorough and takes his time and treats each person with respect.
