Dr. Lira does not listen, she is always looking at her computer and then ask the patient why is she here. Dr Lira is suppose to read the file before asking the patients anything. She doesnt know what medications patient was taking. We waited 2 hours because she showed up late. She and her staff are rude and condescending.Her staff is also rude to all patients. She makes sure you know who is the doctor. she has threaten to call APS for giving us the wrong instruction on medication.

This doctor has zero consideration for her patients. She’s all about medicating and about making money. You will wait no less than 2 hours to be seen and then when you are seen she is very condescending in the way she speaks to you. There are very limited choices in this area and I am working on finding someone else for my daughter. The staff is also very rude. One time we had a morning appointment at 9am and Dr. Lopez Lira didn’t even show up until 10am, so she was already and hour behind.

Dr. Lopz-Lira is great, but her receptionist Jeanie is awful. Probably the most rude receptionist I've encountered. She cuts you off when you're talking, tries her hardest to get you off the phone without answering all your questions or even resolving the reason for calling. Is very defensive when she talks, and just overall not a professional. She's one of those people that you want to tell... If you don't like your job and what it entails, then quit and go work somewhere else.
