Great staff and Doctors
I was a former patient before Covid hit and went back recently for treatment. Dr. Pham treated me with his professional expertise of what I needed. I had no pain and am doing wonderful. He even took the time out of his day to call to check on me to see how I was feeling. That is true dedication to his profession and his patients. He is truly passionate and cares for his patients. I would highly recommend his services to everyone in need of dental work.
Dental work was okay, but while I was on the chair, and not in a position to complain, he decided to charge an additional $2000. NOT COOL, since he didn't do anything extra except charge more!
I don't understand how he could get low stars. He is amazing and obviously cares about him patients. I am not typically a fan of dentist, but he is the exception. He is not your typical Dentist. I highly recommend him!
I went in to see Pham to have a cavity filled..Once in the back a hygienist asked me a bunch of questions.. I repeatedly mentioned needing my cavity filled. She cleaned my teeth. Dr Pham came in & kept talking about referring me to someone else because of my TMJ & how I needed some other corrective stuff done.. I told him no, I just want the filling . He comes back & says I need a root canal & crown, I say do it. He left & then another comes & tells me I have to reschedule.
I have never had a cavity for over 26 years. I have gone to bent tree for three years now and every check up they find at least two cavities. Last time they did a filling I was unable to properly bite and unable to floss. I think he is over filling cavities for the insurance money because I have dental insurance. I also think he is bad at filling cavities.
I have a tooth with a rather large filling. My previous dentist wanted to put a crown on it. Also I felt like I was having problems with other areas but my dentist kept telling me they were fine. I decided to go to Pham for a second opinion and he immediately pointed out that the filling was fine and he asked about the other areas, specifically, before I mentioned them. He saw they needed attention.
Great place to go.
