Listen... inconsistent and the office stays close two weeks out of every month almost. I CAN'T GET A AUTHORIZATION FOR MY ENT SPECIALIST BC THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE NOR ARE OPEN MORE THAN 20 DAYS OUT OF A MONTH!

Update 08/26/24:Clinic still doesn't answer their phone. I'm still waiting for the authorization form and my blood test results. I was told Friday, 08/23/24 that the doctor was going to call me back with the blood results and he never did. The front desk is a mess. Very incompetent front desk staff. I had to call 35 times for them to pick up the phone. Don't offer appointments. The front desk girls look like they are always in a bad mood. The doctor was okay.
