I loved this Dr, but I asked them to only bill what was covered by my insurance for a yearly free physical and my bills came out to almost 600 dollars for the "free physical"with the lab work they did. I am healthy and only wanted what was covered by my insurance for a physical and I said that several times in my visit to both the front desk and the Dr. I tried to fight this when I received the bill and didn't receive help from the office which told me to just talk to Franklin Primary. Dr. Falkenberry is very kind, professional, and attentive. My husband was a new patient. She took care of all his paperwork and referrals day one. When I called regarding another matter, SHE actually returned my call ( very rare for doctors). What was really amazing is that she remembered me, my husband, his condition, and the exam room we were in. She has an awesome memory and she is compassionate.
Dr. Falkenberry helped me change my whole life. I started a weight loss journey while seeing her and I’ve lost over 100 pounds. She helped me significantly. She truly listened to me and always had a plan or recommendation for me. She is brilliant. Her staff was horrible. I can see why she would leave there. She was a ray of light. Very kind hearted. Her staff ran over her and disrespected her.
I have been seeing her for many years and she was actually my client before she was my doctor! I love her dearly and she always listens and checks every box to make sure nothing is wrong if I’m dealing with something. I appreciate her so much! She is at Franklin Primary Health now on University!
