I had two gum graft surgeries with Dr. Sandroff. I had great difficulty scheduling these surgeries. After the first surgery, several stitches were left in my mouth and I was unable to get a hold of anyone for 5 days. I left over 12 messages to schedule a follow-up visit and was never able to receive one. Very disappointed in the quality of care I received.
Dr. Sandroff explained the surgical prodecure to me in deal, and allowed time for my questions. He is very gentle and concerned about me as a person.
Dr. Sandroff is personable and understanding and really spends time with you. His work is great ( had gum surgery)- and best of all I had absolutely NO pain either. I am going again in a few weeks for another tooth/gum area and I feel no anxiety over the matter. His front desk staff works well with you, as well.
