Dr. Roach is awesome! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Roach for a few years. He is my family doctor and helps me manage my diabetes. My last A-1c was 6.4 due to his excellent care. He has also helped me with a range of other medical issues. He has always been very knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. His office seems to run very efficiently and he is always on time. His office people, nurses and lab tech are all very professional and pleasant.

This was my second tele virtual office visit and I could see and hear the doctor but he couldn't hear me. But they fixed that by using another mobile phone. Dr Rose was very friendly and asked me all the questions and prescribed medicine for my head cold. Then he referred me to the Fort Worth clinic for a covid and flu test, which thankfully both turned out negative. I will be seeing more of Dr Roach in his Fort Worth office.

Love having Dr. Roach as my provider. Kind heated and a great physician.

Absolutely awful. Saw new PA in August, have had some pain with knee and she told me I would need an MRI. I told her I didn't have insurance and she recommended to call around for prices and then they would provide me the order (fax over to imaging place) to get it done. It has been literally HELL since that day. The staff is rude, doctor doesn't return calls to listen to the issues, horrible, horrible place, especially if you are in the "golden years". Stay away!
