Well never got a chance to meet this doctor due to his office personal being so rude and unwilling to help. Still waiting to hear from office manager been over 3 days now. So I guess I will be looking elsewhere to take my business. Stay away from this company office staff needs to change their attitude!!!!!
I've was assigned to this doctor by my insurance company and I'm glad. He's very wise and spent a decent amount of time with you. He always help me out and run all can of tests to find the problem. He refers you easily and it's very easy to make appointments. He is very professional and sweet I really love Dr. Roach. I highly recommend him.
I just switched to the office in August and saw the PA. LOVED HER AND THE STAFF! I have an HRA acct that covers any cost that would come out of my pocket, HRA steps in, pays the whole amount; I had over $1,000. I was assured by front desk(after THEY checked) that they KNEW how to work an HRA act.I was billed once for me and 2nd for my son! act in collections now, while still waiting for office managerAmber to call me(since 11/25)due to this billing error I will not be returning. Peace of mind
I felt Dr Roach took a genuine interest in me and my issues and he took time to address them without feeling rushed. I have great confidence that I am getting the best Healthcare available and couldn't be more pleased
