Nevins Family Medicine is truly a gem of a clinic. Dr. Nevins is one of the most caring and supportive doctors I’ve ever met. Dr Nevins doesn’t care about his patients. His employee Trina is even worst. Hangs up on you and doesn’t get you scheduled for appointments. His staff are mean and unprofessional. Worst experience ever.
I have been a patient of Dr. Nevins for years. Everything about his staff and practice is professional and exactly what you would expect from a good local doctor. I have nothing approaching a complaint. They respond to my questions in a timely manner, but more than that, Dr. Nevins and the people that work for him know what they are doing. Dr. Nevin has been my Dr. for 12-14 years. He is professional. He got me right to where I needed to be with Lung Cancer treatment. When an emergency arose on Sunday Morning, I left message on his messaging machine and got a text right back in 3-4 minutes. it had to do with my wife, Dr. Nevin got right in touch with NNRH and filled in all communication gaps we needed. Did not get an appointment, this provider doesn't treat people 60+!!!! Not 65 to exclude Medicare patients, this provider wants to exclude patients that may end up on Medicare in five years so he has no obligation to a patient who won't make him any money!!!
Had my first visit with Dr. Nevins last week. He was fantastic. He listened to me, he made suggestions, changed my prescriptions to meet my current needs and set up lab work and referrals. He is an all in one doctor which makes it especially satisfying to be able to get a diagnosis without waiting to see a specialist for everything. I've found my new forever doctor :).
