Excellent patient rapport; very gentle while performing procedures; informative; proactive with education; excellent with children (only over 6 years of age, I believe)
Our family has gone to Dr Able for well over 10 years. I got his name from a friend that has gone to him for more years than that. We have required some extensive work and Dr Able has always shown great skill and knowledge. Even follow up calls the next day to check and see how we are doing. His character is also light and very humorous which has helped with the more difficult procedures. Have been a patient for 10 years. Lately its very difficult to get a timely appointment. He is quite knowledgable however,does not take into consideration a patients ability to pay for his expensive procedures.
Dr Abel rocks! He is sincere, easy to talk to and answers all questions, and does excellent work. Also he always makes a followup phone call to see how I am doing, a day after the work is done.
I have been going to Dr. Abel for quite a while now. I loved his practice when it was small. There was just such a warm feeling with the staff. After his move and many staff changes that feeling is long gone. I find the front end staff not very personable or accomodating. It can be very difficult to get a timely appointment. Dr. Abel is a very qualified dentist and I trust his capabilities.
Terry is the best dentist ever! Kind, thoughtful and always willing to help. It's hard to get in at first, but once you're on schedule, you're fine.My husband is terrified of dentists and he now goes.If I could rate a ten here I would. thanks Terry!!!
Was my dentist for a number of years, had a bunch of cleanings, teeth-whitening kit, etc. Very friendly and easy-going guy. Fairly satisfied with him, but he said that although my wisdom teeth had come in with enough room, he still thought I should have them removed, and didn't really give a clear answer as to why. More importantly, I stopped going to see him after 2 or 3 negative encounters (by phone and in person) with his new receptionist. His old receptionist (Jane?) was awesome.
I hated dentists for 45 years. Then I met Dr. Abel! While I will never be one who "enjoys" teeth cleaning I no longer fear going. He will be the dentist I drive miles and miles to see. Never Changing. Oh yeah the kids love him too. Bonus!
