Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood
