Yeah, the doctor has to be able to identify why my daughter is sick. So she also gave a medicine for my daughter. So after 3:30 the night before my daughter feels much better now.
I use Closter office because of its convenient location. Dr. Smith was great. Took time and listened to us. Good bedside manner. Receptionists, on the other hand, are hit or miss. Specifically one older woman is just rude over the phone. She is ready to fight the moment she picks up. I've been in customer service and I know it is tough. But that's part of her job if she is answering phones. I really hate calling to even make an appointment because it is very stressful to deal with her.
