I take back my first review when I first was a new patient. I am simply calling to reschedule an appointment and the office is not picking up. I’ve been calling since 9am. I’ve been to the office numerous times and I know they can atleast pick up the phone and put me on hold. The best part is they have a calling center that picks up the phone if the office doesn’t pick up, WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING A CALLING CENTER IF THEY CANT DO ANYTHING BUT LEAVE THE OFFICE A MESSAGE. Not sure how this office has such a high rating. Filthy outdated office (they had to move me from one exam room to another due to the chair not working? And in the exam room I ended up in the chair had clearly been moved and left a ring of filth where it once sat). Cleaning was fine but didn’t feel as thorough as ones I’ve had in the past and when I asked for my nightguard to be cleaned was told they don’t do that

Great experiences getting my teeth cleaned at Dr Jeter’s. Office staff is kind and my hygienist Jessica is very nice, understanding, and effective at her job and it’s always a pleasure coming in!
