Was given a referral sheet by my primary care physician, for a colonoscopy. I chose Dr. Scott-Winful, and made the appointment. Could not be happier with that choice. Scheduling was easy. I received a phone call to go over my insurance coverage, and an email detailing the steps for the procedure. 1st time colonoscopy'er here. Was VERY nervous but Dr. Scott-Winful and staff put me at ease with their bedside manner and care. Would do a colonoscopy any day of the week here. Incompetent phone support. I spent 20 minutes giving all of my information to Brittany S, after she unprofessionally answered the phone by just saying “hello” as if it was her personal number. To then have her completely misspell my full name on my paperwork and portal. When I called back no more than 5 minutes later to have it corrected, I was answered by a different receptionist that informed me none of my information was entered. Disappointed. Scheduled this appointment 4 months ago. It was raining day of my appointment. I left work in time. My appointment time was 230p. Due to traffic delays, my ETA was 20 past my appointment. I called to let the office know and was asked to reschedule. I even said I would wait and allow someone to go ahead of me. I hate I couldn’t see the doctor.
