If you need a thorough Doctor that will take care of your medical need, she is the one! Her medical assistant is also awesome. Her staff is wonderful.
No Respect of her patient’s time!!! That’s the BEST description for Dr. Theresa Hong. I was originally scheduled to see her in January... got a phone call rescheduling in February apparently she’s going on vacation! February got a phone call from her office that she has an emergency and can’t see me... rescheduled to March! I came and was told that she’s running behind 2 hours!!! I saw Dr. Hong on April 26th 2016. Without looking deeper into my medical history or talked to my neurologist, she submitted paperwork with the DMV to get my license revoked. On my 1st and only visit!!!! My neurologist that I've seen for over 10 yrs never did that. Now I am forced to go through the painful process to keep my license. Aside from that, she lacks compassion and patience. I definitely don't want that kind of doctor as my primary care physician.
Absolutely love this women ! Such a sweet & up bursting personality. Makes you feel very comfortable & at ease.
