I wish I could give zero stars. I saw her at Legacy Urgent Care in Lake Oswego. She stated “I don’t know” and “insurance is just too complicated” when asked if she billed through Medicaid by a patient with OHP. Unacceptable. Medicaid coverage is provider specific within hospital affiliations. A yes or no question is not too complicated. Willfully not retaining whether or not she herself is able to bill through Medicaid can at best prevent a patient from accessing care and at worst put them at risk of emotional harm.
