Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Did this pediatrician have toys, magazines or TV's in the waiting room? Yes, they had everything for kids of all ages Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments? Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us

Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Does this pediatrician use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Sometimes, but not every time Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about my child. It's easy to get fast sick-child appointments for the same day. It is easy to refill medicines. They take that extra step to make her feel special. She always enjoys her appointments here and trusts the doctor. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
