Absolutely unnecessary long waiting times and very rude attitude from the people working here. The diagnosis from the doctors here are also inaccurate and vague. If possible, avoid and search for another clinic with more professionalism and a better experience.
The brown receptionist was so nice and accommodating. She's easy to talk to and tries to make you feel very supported if you have concerns.
Dr. Fu is the best ENT in town. I highly recommend.
Dr fu is extremely impatient and rude. He does not answer questions properly. I try to ask a question for my dad in English. He rudely reply did I not explain this already in Chinese. I do not recommend this doctor.
