There wasn’t a long wait time at all to be seen. Dr. Shields was awesome. He took time out to get to know the patient and was very knowledgeable and thorough with his diagnosis. He even used models to describe the anatomy of the issue. His bedside manner and professionalism really stands out in a field, where most treat you like a number but Dr. Shields treats you like a person and knows your name.
