From beginning to end, you get great service from everyone and they also use modern equipment for digital X-rays which is a big plus.
I love this office and my dental hygienist, Claire Akins, makes me feel warm and connected to the office and staff.
Dr. Pinney took over Dr. Griggs’ practice after his passing. I had met him in passing prior to my first appt. He’s professional and takes the time to explain all procedures. His staff is also professional and friendly.
We love this clinic!!!! I have always had the friendliest service from the desk staff to the hygienist’s that have taken care of us. Dr. Penney is very professional and answers any questions that you have.��

Dr. Pinney and his entire staff have a always been willing to do whatever is necessary to make both me and my son comfortable during routine cleanings and various procedures. Amazing folks that I would highly recommend to anyone!!
I have been going to Marsha for a long time, the staff is always friendly and professional! Do enjoy the laughs too! I have moved away from Jacksonville, but I will travel the 2 and 1/2 hours to get my dental work done at Dr. Pinney's office. Thank you all for being the best!
