Normally I would have nothing but good things to say about this office, but your “office manager” or whoever was working your phones this morning earned you this one star and until I receive my refund I’ll call every single morning to complain. I am utterly and completely appalled at the fact that a doctors office would refuse to give me my prescription so I would be forced to order my contacts through them and not online.
