"I was disappointed with the level of expertise provided. Initially, I was informed that there was no fracture, despite my strong belief that I had one. It seems there was a misunderstanding in interpreting the X-ray results, as the fractures were not identified. Additionally, I was later told I had a condition that required drilling into my foot, which seemed unnecessary.
