Went to another dentist and found out they never finished the root canal the first guy attempted. He didnt even work there, didnt wear a mask, and insulted me after messing up the procedure. Now I have an infection and need a long procedure to fix it. Another time, they filled the wrong tooth, refused to correct it, and denied my complaint despite my clear instructions. Best cleaning I’ve ever had
Not only did they chip my tooth into a pile of shards while cleaning, now they want to charge me $35 for my records to switch to a new dentist. The office was dirty- even after they were shut down for covid long enough to clean. Rude receptionist. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Sat in waiting lounge for two hours, never got called back, Families went back before me. The lounge was dirty and disgusting. Ants were crawling in it, the wall paper was hanging off the wall, and the seats were all stained and disgusting. The staff was unprofessional. Two whole hours of no one even talking to me! Terrible! I will Never go back and will make sure none of my family or friends will go there.
RecommendedBroke my tooth and on Sunday yes a Sunday Dr.Taylor made it right. He's very professional and office ladies are great.
