Not only did they chip my tooth into a pile of shards while cleaning, now they want to charge me $35 for my records to switch to a new dentist. The office was dirty- even after they were shut down for covid long enough to clean. Rude receptionist. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Sat in waiting lounge for two hours, never got called back, Families went back before me. The lounge was dirty and disgusting. Ants were crawling in it, the wall paper was hanging off the wall, and the seats were all stained and disgusting. The staff was unprofessional. Two whole hours of no one even talking to me! Terrible! I will Never go back and will make sure none of my family or friends will go there.

I didn't know about Dr. Taylor till I heard about them on the radio. I went to their office and they were very nice. The front desk was much better compared to some of the other dental office's I've been to. The office also had a very homey feel to it and I felt very comfortable there. The staff and Dr Regina are amazing. Ive had many dentists refuse me service because I gag so bad. Even with this they have seen me through a long process of restoring my smile. I am forever grateful to Dr Taylor, Dr Regina and the rest of the staff for sticking with me as the worst patient ever!!
