The absolute worst experience of my life at any doctor. The girl working the help with pricing had absolutely no idea what she was doing. People were coming and going and the whole thing felt convoluted and unorganized. The group of girls working cared more about their Friday night plans than they did helping customers. The actual dr was fine but has an uncomfortable and awkward disposition about him. Called 3 times after not getting pricing information and no call back
Called in to ask if they can take walkins...yes ma'am we take walkins til 11am...get there at 1045...sat for 5 mins noone available asked could they help me. So I ask at 1050 if I can get a walkin appt...yes but unfortunately the last appointment is at 1045....
First of, arriving on time for an appointment only to sit for another 15mins until you are seen is unacceptable. Especially when there were at least 6 employees walking around, "some" helping customers, others sitting at computers, and a few engaging in conversation with each other, talking and laughing. It should not take 15mins to finally approach a patiently waiting customer with no accountability or apology for that wait. Don't like this place. Staff make you feel unimportant
I had a really positive experience at a different location. However this clinic, the personal misspelled my last name on my prescription, resulting in a very long wait for replacement glasses. They are understaffed, when I finally went to pick up my prescription. The woman who helped me mashed my lenses in, bend the frames, didn’t adjust the glasses. Handed them back dirty.
