After being rescheduled twice, I walked in and stood for 2 minutes before anyone spoke to me. Then was presented with pure rudeness from not one but two team members. I gave them my insurance card and smiled the whole time trying to be pleasant. And they looked up my info and said I have another insurance, they can't see me that day. I had to call a 1-800 number and find out a cancel date to an insurance from over 7 years ago. Dr transposed one of the numbers on my prescription and i couldn't see out of one lens. When I told them I couldn't see, they told me to keep wearing them. I demanded to bring them back, the dr. immediately saw the prescription was wrong. They ordered a new lens. When I went back to get the new lens in, the person scratched my lens and i have sharp pieces of plastic sticking out. She said she would order me a new pair. They never ordered a new pair. Took many weeks to get glasses, and i have scratched lenses and sharp points... read more
Had my exam virtually, was not informed about this beforehand,.. I would not have said yes. Was awkward and rushed, the doctor online seemed annoyed that she was there. Got my glasses- screens/reading is blurry to me still. Asked for another appointment, got told nah, we’re pretty busy- we’ll just call you whenever there’s a cancellation. Months passed and nothing. Not returning. Edit: removing a star because of how much they don’t care about these reviews. Absolute joke.
Excellent service and they have someone who speaks Spanish, perfect for Hispanics.
Very experienced and helpful eye doctor also the staff is kind ; supportive and very helpful as well glad to have found Dr. Travel I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else!! The entire staff makes you feel comfortable and the optometrist doctors are very experienced by like 20 years + so they know what they are doing I went through alot of eye exams to find out exactly what the problem was,that's why I'm so thankful for Dr.Tavel's office I went to an office in my hometown and a guy seen me for like 2 mins literally I'm not jokin... read more
