**Don't recommend this location/company** Long story short, I had a piece of contact stuck in my eye. Went to to Dr. Tavel to hopefully get it out. When I arrived Kristen checked me in to see the doctor. She was amazing in handling the emergency. Checked on me, gave me some eye drops, did what she could to help me out. She told the doc would squeeze me in asap. I was waiting to be seen, when I was call by one of the staff. Helpful staff today, explained everything very well and I am very appreciated of all of them. Been coming to them since I was 11.
Madison was very helpful and patient with me and my decision making . By far best place price was fair I will definitely refer anyone to them
If you have an issues with they product they prescribe you and call to talk to them don’t expect a call back. Called back again and got pushed off again until “she sees her to give her the message”. The same answer as before. Will not be returning to the is or any branch.
