Very professional no complaints
I had a very disappointing experience at this office. The front desk staff, especially the lady handling my account, was dishonest about pricing and my supply. I was given inaccurate information more than once, which led to unnecessary stress and extra costs on my end. Transparency and honesty are the bare minimum I expect from any medical office, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. I won’t be returning and won't recommend this place to others.
Ive never had any issues or problems at this office. Until today 7/16/25 i took my glasses in to be straightened out. They were bent at the hinge, the lady stated if she tried to fix em they might snap n break. I told her the other lady always puts them on a machine n even told me last time when i told her my friend could fix them, she said no bring them in here coz if they break that would not be covered.
