I think he is good. He does run a late and might keep you waiting. He gives a very good painless colonoscopy. He is very big on these...maybe to make money but maybe because colon cancer is rampant.
Dr. Mullick is definitely one of the best in his area of practice. His knowledge and skills in endoscopy and other GI procedures are at the highest level.
In my interaction with Dr. Mullick, he proved himself to be a very greedy and inconsiderate person. He was 45 minutes late for my first appointment and for the following procedure. I went to Dr. Mullick with rectal bleeding with a previous diagnosis of a fungal infection. Knowing this, Dr. Mullick suggested a colonoscopy without even looking to confirm the previous diagnosis. This, despite the fact I had one just a year ago. We settled on a flexible signoidoscopy, which revealed nothing. Our family doctor has since confirmed... read more
I researched Dr. Mullick before seeing him and though he is an hour away, I thought he'd be worth the drive for my young son and I. My issues with him are his lack of consideration for patient's time and I felt he was motivated by money. We had many office visits and tests along with a colonoscopy for myself. I started intentionally scheduling my appointments as his first patient, and I'd still have to wait an hour or more to see him. He'd make me drive the hour to see him to find out my lab results were normal so that he co... read more
Dr. Mullick diagnosed me with a large polyp that someone else missed and removed it at the same time. I really appreciate him. He is an excellent doctor. Thanks. Go to him as he is very careful and thoughtful. I appreciate his efforts.
Made us wait for over 1 1/2 hours for office and procedure. He was rather full of himself and was quick to put down others abilities. He would comment on how well he dressed and how hae cared for the most important people in Chicago land area. Bizarre to say the least.
Is ALWAYS extremely late and without apologies. Loves to talk about himself more than listening to the patient.
I can't say enough about him He is wonderful. I never had a Dr. that returned phone call as quick as he, even after hours. I was extremly pleased with Dr. Mullick. I found him to be a great Dr.
This man spends most of his time telling you how good he is. He did not explain my follow up and was perpetually late. No further comment.
