Reapeted schedule changes and uncertainty around connecting via video made this consult unreliable and a poor use of my time. In mental health care, consistency and respect for patients’ time are essential. I canceled and switched to a provider with a more reliable setup. Overall, a poor experience — I would not recommend.
I was a teledoc patient of this Doctor. He was unresponsive and missed several appointments. The times I did see him. He rushed the appointments and seemed very uncaring. I would not recommend this provider.
I spoke with Dr Jolly via teladoc. I have had very bad experiences with some of the teladoc provider but he was not one of them. I am trying to get ready for surgery and im in so much pain its hard to bear but my surgeon is hesitant to prescribe pain meds with my current anti depressant due to high likelyhood of causing seizures. My regular psychiatrist was not available for another 3 days so i went to teladoc.
