Extremely unprofessional. They rescheduled my son's appt. after I informed them that we were going to be 10 mins late. When I protested, I was told that we were not a GOOD FIT for their clinic and that we should seek care elsewhere. I hope that every time she keeps a "fitting" patient waiting in her lobby for over 15 minutes, both Dr. Andrews and her highfalutin staff feel mortified. Highly unlikely, given their shameless and unscrupulous treatment of our family.
Dr. Parks is a gem. She is warm, caring and professional. This summer while crossing the street I was struck by a car and needed foot surgery. I got very lucky and found Dr. Parks. She guided me through all aspects of the pre and post-op process and always reassured me when I needed it. My surgery was partly challenging because of osteoporosis but Dr. Parks did wonderful work and my foot is healing beautifully. Alyssa, her assistant is a "rock star" as well. I'll always be grateful to them.
I feel that Andrea truly care about the well being of our baby girl. She is soo patient with my questions, it's hard being a new mother. They have a great after hour call service, which they have been extremely responsive too. Highly recommend.
She never explained any condition or test result on time. Maybe she was busy, I don't know but that affected us. She was at Avista Hospital and showed up only twice in weeks.

We really like our visits with Dr Mertz. Wait time is short, she is attentive and kind and of course patient with crying babies. I love being able to get appointments at the new buffalo rodge location. It is clean, quiet and easy.

Just got out of surgery two hours ago. Dr. Parks is a rockstar. Had an operation on my ankle that was done with what feels like minimal impact and it was a very efficient process. All the staff involved were very friendly and the anesthesiologist was a pro. I came out feeling minimal drowsiness and absolutely no nausea. A very happy patient here!
Dr. Andrews is an outstanding diagnostician. After listening to my health history, she ordered food allergy testing. I had no idea that I had these food allergies. After eliminating the offending foods from my diet, I have noticed I feel better and even my sleep apnea has improved.
My 13 year old daughter went into see Dr. Parks for a ganglion cyst on top of her right foot. To our surprise not only did she have a ganglion cyst but she had a bone cyst in her heel on the same foot. Dr. Parks performed surgery on my daughter and did a beautiful job. We have a long and trusted relationship with Dr. Parks. She is an excellent podiatrist and person. Since the operation, my daughter is now in cross country and has a new leash on life. Many thanks to Dr. Parks and her staff!
