I had had foot pain for almost a year and had trouble running, standing, and even sleeping. Dr. Parks was already a trusted doctor (my son had seen her for foot surgery years ago) and I found her friendliness and openness to trying different treatments helpful. After many tries, Dr. Parks and I settled on surgery. In fact, three different procedures ( endoscopic plantar faciotomy, a first MTPJ cheilectomy, and a hemicap toe joint replacement) that she explained in great detail with compassion. Before and after my surgeries, ... read more

I recently saw Dr. Parks for bunion surgery, and I could not be happier with the results. She is kind and patient, and explained the treatment and surgery to me very thoroughly. The surgery itself was a total success, and the after care program was helpful and informative. I highly recommend Dr. Parks for any podiatry related needs.

The Boulder Medical Center is overcrowded and parking is difficult. Dr Parks came in looked at the X-ray and say I had some ligament damage to my toe. I asked if it is something that will heal, she said “no probably not”. “Buy this night splint, gel orthotics, regular orthotics and we will see you in a month”. She then walked out. She spent about 5 minutes for $300 and I have no idea why I am supposed to do all these things if it won’t heal. She was in and out of the exam room before I could ask any follow up questions. I wi... read more

Had deformed right ankle fusion done in 2007 after no other doctor would reconstruct and fuse it. Life changing result. Had left ankle fused August 2022 with resulting partial mobility and again amazing results. At 82, I am able to resume golf and ice skating.

I broke my leg skiing, and Dr Park did a syndesmosis repair surgery. Everything went great, and with the recommended physical therapy, I was out snowshoeing and hiking again in about 10 weeks!

Dr. Parks is amazing and a treasure to our community! She's obviously very knowledgable and professional. But what sets her apart is her emotional presence and empathy for the suffering of others. It's not just a profession for her, but a calling. When she's caring for you, you can tell that she truly cares. I trust her completely and feel so grateful that she's my doctor!

A few months ago I broke my ankle. It was a bad break with ligament damage. The surgery was complicated with of lots of bone fragments that had to be cleaned out. Dr. Parks was EXCELLENT. Through the whole process she has been professional, kind and patient with me and with my husband. Her staff was also very professional and patient with us. My ankle is healing very nicely and I'm almost back to normal. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Parks.
