On January 8,2024, my husband was transported by Bay Freedom to Virginia Eye Institute on Pole Green Road, Mechanicsville. I checked three times and once more on the day of the appointment with the Eye Institute to reaffirm my concerns about the facility being able to accommodate my husband in a motorized wheelchair.
