Best pediatrician office you can go to . We just love Dr Tanya Bigby . Make sure to go see her. She is the best. Doctor Chen is excellent with babies . And I just Dr Ahmad. This place have some of the best doctors.
Whoever the front desk person is that answers the phone needs to be address about her attitude. She doesn’t make the office seem like a nice place to visit by the way she answers the phone. However, Dr. Tanya Bigby is a wonderful doctor! The only reason we are still at this office is because of her.
I’ve been going to this pediatrician since I had my son in 2023 . I love Ms.Kimberly , she’s always so helpful and nice . The Nurses are also very nice and welcoming . My only problem is whoever answers the phone at the front desk , they don’t seem nice or pleased to help and make it seem as if you are a bother. Not sure if she’s having a bad day but her attitude could definitely be reevaluated.
Called this location because I was referred to them by Piedmont Rockdale after having my newborn and although I am supposed to do a follow- up within two to three days, the scheduler at this location said they were booked until mid August (which should not be the case) and could not provide any other referrals! I will not be using this location and would advise against newborn parents using them as well! Scheduler was also rude and did not seem interested in helping!
