Thank you Dr Byrd for taking care of my grand daughter Anne Woodard.
My referral to see Dr. Byrd was sent in April maybe March. I spent all summer trying to get an appointment there and I fell through the cracks because someone wasnt doing their job! Once the referral was sent I waited for a call. Nothing. So 6weeks later I called to set an appointment. She said she need my insurance card. I faxed a copy then I would have to call every 3-4 weeks to see if they had recieved what they asked me to send them. It was an ongoing cycle. Why not tell me what you require all at once..
