Very good physician not very good insurance or financial services. Refund due since December 2022! Physician’s are quick to demand payment, not so quick to refund charges.
I heard that Dr. Mangat has retired. Who can I contact to recover all of my medical records??!
Dr ungson will not give you a chance to talk nd he only hives you five minutes at most but will bill insurance for a long visit of 30 mins. He doesn't care about what your concerns are with the meds he makes you take and will make you take a DNA test which I never had to do with any other psychiatrist! I asked his staff for a copy if my visit and they charged me 50 cents for each paper! Stay away from Dr. Ungson at all costs!
I am thouroughly disgusted with this office. This Dr. runs unreasonably late. She does not respect her patients time. Twice I have had meaningless appointments. I have been called in for a follow up of tests, they collected my co-pay, only for the Dr to say there are findings on your scan that are not my expertise, follow up with your PCP. (only called me in to collect my co-pay) The second time, I had an appointment scheduled for over a month, recieved multiple 'confirm your appointment' calls, texts, and emails, show up at... read more
Dr. Webster listened to my concerns and referred me to specialists who treated my health issues. She also keeps track of my progress with timely lab works as needed. Overall, I feel very confident with her care.
Dr Ungson will only give you five to ten minutes of time and will not listen to any of my issues and he simply will push pills . He made me take a DNA test and I felt he was getting a commission from this test as he made me do it or he wouldn’t give me my monthly meds and when the results came in I asked for a copy of the report and he told me that I didn’t need it and I told him I wanted a copy and his staff charged me $1.00 CASH per sheet equaling $20.00 for twenty pages.
