I honestly don't know how anyone could give Dr. Tai Truong anything less than a 5-Star rating! I had pretty much been terrified by the idea of a root canal my entire life, so I was a really hard sale to offer up any kind of positive review; however, even though I spent nearly half of my time trying to keep my stress and anxiety at bay, by the second half of the procedure I was so relaxed I had a difficult time staying awake! Dr Truong was so caring with me and all of my crazy questions! I have severe anxiety and he made sure I had medication I could take to help me get through my first rootcanal. His front office was kind and reviewed all of my insurance questions before my appointment so I knew my out of pocket fees. Dr Truong even called me that night to check on me. Best dental office ever and I wish I could see them for all of my dental appointments. GREAT JOB GUYS!!
I had a terrible toothache on Friday afternoon. Dr. Truong and his staff were willing to get me in and took care of my dental pain. Dr. Truong gave the best injection and was very attentive to my dental anxiety. His calm demeanor made me comfortable during the treatment. I am very appreciative of he and his office for taking good care of me.
For someone experiencing dental pain waiting over a month after the initial exam is too long. I was treated like a drug addict for asking for pain medication to manage the pain. I got in to a different specialist who did not have ridiculous wait times and understood my needs sooner. Don't waste your time here.
They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. The staff at this office are very considerate and they care for my well-being as a paitent during the procedures. A great endodontist for sensitive or spooked patients. Very skilled at gently giving injections. The staff was warm and very professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were more than happy to answer my questions, and took my concerns into consideration.
