Amazing staff, I had surgery 2 years ago and it was aweful as he thought I was young enough to walk on my surgery foot that was a bunion removal (very painful) and my wound split open and he told me to just let it heal on it's own and it did not in time and was more painful than before I went in. He put non dissolve stitches in my underline suture and he couldnt figure out why my toe wouldnt heal and then he wanted to reopen my foot in the office and take out the regular stitches he blamed the surgical ppl did this. My one experience with Dr. Song was awful. I needed new orthotics and wanted to explain to him the problems I was having with my feet. Instead of asking me one question about my needs, he put me into his assembly line to have the cast made for my orthotics. I got them and used them for three weeks and went back and told Dr. Song that they didn't support my high arches as well as the ones I was trying to replace. Please get a second opinion. Not a good experience. Not happy with the outcome. Communication poor, not informed what is going on or how the surgery went. I feel I have more problems now that just the prior bunion.
Very impersonal, didn't feel valued at all as a new client. Felt like he didn't care or had time and I was just a number. I was still trying to understand my situation with questions that he barely answered as he exited his door. I've never written a review before but felt like I had to. Don't waste your time or money.
Great experience with the whole staff, they took exceptional care of my husband.
