I'm a senior and I sent someone to pick up my glasses for me during business hours. Everytime the door is locked and no one answers , and to try calling them is next to impossible to get a answer. This is very frustrating....I need my glasses, and can't get them.

The BEST optometrist I’ve been to since I started wearing glasses. The other places I’d go to for eye exams charged $95+ and they NEVER checked my eye pressure. Dr Kwun AND his receptionist were incredibly welcoming. My exam was thorough, he answered all of my questions, he educated me, AND didn’t have a death grip on my prescription like other places and allowed me to take my prescription home to buy my glasses elsewhere. I am going through a horrible experience in this place, approximately 29 days ago I had new glasses made for my 7 year old son, his current glasses are hurting him. Today the Receptionist made fun of me and my son's face with laughter as if I were being funny, Dr. Kwum in this situation has not been kind enough to call me or give me a logical reason why I have been waiting 29 days for glasses. It's an Emergency. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE :(
