I was able to get a same day new patient appointment with Dr. Suarez by calling the office. Dr. Suarez was terrific and I have complete confidence in her. The appointment was not rushed and she was very knowledgeable and helpful for two skin lesions. Their web site and web site scheduling was not great but the office staff was great in getting me an appointment.
Very thorough
She always takes time to answer all my questions thoroughly and addresses every single concern. I wish all doctors were like her. My husband sees her too. It's nice to have her on our 'health care team' as we age.
Over the years I have had excellent care from Dr. Suarez. She caught a couple of basal cell skin cancers and recommended an excellent surgeon who took care of them quickly. Dr. Suarez is very thorough and a joy to be around. My husband and I still drive up from the Myrtle Beach area to see her every six months.
During my first visit, Dr. Suarez did not bother read the forms that we take time to complete before seeing the doctor. She recommended taking a medication that I am severely allergic to. This could have been a fatal mistake had I not known that medication and the possible implications it would cause. I stopped her and she did not say anything. Not impressed - took my daughter to see her for acne treatment - Dr. Suarez literally took no more than 3 min and prescribed her a medication, no questions where asked nothing. horrible doctor.

Always takes time to answer your questions, never makes you feel rushed. Always prompt, never kept me waiting. I have been her patient now for over 10 years and recommend her with confidence.
Nice enough, but diagnosed my dandruff as fungus and prescribed an expensive anti-fungal shampoo. Rude front office staff.
