Beware of this doctor and all of his facilities took me five weeks to get a medical note from him and his practice and then they wanted to charge me $20 to email it to me. This place is an absolute scam as you can see from their reviews, the place is full of it stay far away. This guy needs to go out of business. He is absolutely horrific.
Dr. Rasheed receives 5 stars. His office staff, not so much. Dr. Rasheed is professional,patient,proactive,and kind. At times his receptionist can be intrusive and asks questions that are none of her business, however, the actual doctors in the office are wonderful. I have spoken to a few different doctors. The downside is, they are guarded fiercely by the scheduler, which can be very frustrating when trying to mitigate a medication issue. I have been very frustrated with the front desk, but never disappointed by my doctors.
Wow, do not go to this practice. Avoid. Avoid at all costs. Don’t believe me? Try to call their office. I get passed back and forth between providers like a football. Today I got a call from a doctor (no appointment confirmation) and he told me he wouldn’t change my medications because it was his first time talking to me, despite me saying I had suicidal ideations, still charged me for the visit.
