The office and billing staff are incompetent and rude- I paid a bill at the end of January, have proof of it being cashed early February, and yet I've received 2 bills showing an overdue balance. Calls go to voicemail, nobody calls me back and a visit to the office to inquire resulted in "just ignore the bill". They said their billing staff is behind, and the cashed & canceled check just hasn't been posted to the bill. Really? My bill says overdue. He has been a wonderful doctor, and helped me with my medical needs. He is knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend.
Praying for dr alam he been real sick for several months. He was my mom's lung dr he's been mine for several year's he's fianny back at work I got to see him today. He's just not a good dr he cares for his patience he's a good friend. Please pray for him he get stronger every day God bless you dy ALAM.

Can you imagine being hold for 10 mins and it disconnected, and call back again hearing “can you hold”. And I don’t even have a chance to talk. By the way I called 9:00 exactly. Management team isn’t the best.
