It is worth traveling 1hour to see this doctor. He is a great doctor.His staff is very special. I would recomend him to every one.
Dr.Mansfield is a great doctor he removed my gallbladder and I am currently seeing him for another problem and he has been great. He made me feel like he really cared and wanted to get to the problem of my pain. I would recommend him.
If I could rate higher I would Dr. Shafqat has been the best physician I have been to in years. He is genuinely concerned about your health and LISTENS to what you have to say about your concerns and will work with what options you may want to consider for your treatment. Very few and far between. I also love his friendly staff. Always polite and quick to get messages through. Thank you Dr. Shafqat and staff!
Ive been a patient of Dr. Palting for about 10 years. She is also my teenage daughters primary care physician. This really is an awesome practice. All the staff are friendly and professional.
Nurses to admin - poor customer service, bad attitude, miscommunication between staff, long wait. Experience with Nurse was scary. First visit, nurse showed bad attitude/way Nurse talked towards my 2yr. was mean. Nurse told me that Dr. doesnt accept kids under 6yrs olds, trying to tell me to leave practice or its not allowed...however office is Family Practice. 2nd visit, same Nurse never greeted me or my kids 2yr/4yr. Nurse said not one word during checkup...from body lang. can tell she definitely has a bad attitude problem... read more
Awesome practice. Had a terrible doctor previously and Dr. Palting and the staff are more than accommodating. All the nurses are very friendly and will listen to any problem you have. Dr. Palting is always interested and will investigate into any problems/concerns you have. I am sick frequently and have problems that need to be stayed on top of and the practice takes every measure to ensure my health no matter how small the issue is.
