Horrible doctor who doesn’t care about you. Reception staff is even more nasty, hostile and rude. They’ll worsen your mental health problems

I have been a patient of Dr. Hussaini's for nearly 10 years and he has been a real strength to rely on for my bipolar disorder and ADHD. After a thorough and even-keeled initial assessment he recommended a medication course and has dutifully adjusted based on my needs and concerns. For almost 5 years I have been employed as a journalist by the same publication where I have reliably and competently written 7 to 10, 300 to 800 word articles a week. I could not have this level of stability, productivity, and peace without Dr. H... read more

Didn’t listen, didn’t write anything down, and then got up and left and i didn’t get the referral letter i needed until my therapist contacted them twice and they faxed it to her a month later. Seemed very judgmental and had bad manners for someone who is supposed to be a supportive mental health doctor, he shouldn’t be a psychiatrist

Can't reach his office other than bankers hours. Never refills RX timely. Doesn't "accept RX refill requests from pharmacy" but is also sh!t at making sure your RX is refilled. Complete sh!t show. He has 1 fu$@#&g job....can't do it right.

Dr Hussain is the greatest doctor He's helped me with addiction, and as psychiatry goes he is not a therapist, he's their to treat and diagnose with medicine as you give your feedback on what your feeling. If you say nothing that means it's working and he will just give you a refill....duh..5 stars

This guy is the worst doctor out there. He did not listen to OR help my daughter's issues at all. When I tried to explain to him what I was seeing at home, he brushed me off, got nasty and told me I was trying to diagnose my daughter. His idea of "helping" is putting her back in the psych. ward, where ALL patients come out of there worse than the come it. My daughter just recently passed away. There is absolutely NO help for the mentally ill out there, PERiOD.

Dr Hussani is just another dud in the mental health field, who is playing around with whatever he feels like that day because he’d prefer a bigger check over keeping someone’s health in tact. My first appointment which was supposed to be a psych evaluation took him literally 5 minutes give or take. He had no records of mine, and told me to cold turkey my antipsychotics. I’ve been experiencing serious withdrawal and he told me to wait 2 more weeks. Unprofessional, and should be locked up.

I want to begin this by saying a psychiatrist is for meds, not counseling, if you need counseling you want a psychologist. I see a lot of people here smearing a man's good name because they expect him to do work that is not in his job description. As a psychiatrist he's quite good. I can get appointments next day, he does a basic evaluation where you need to tell him exactly what you're experiencing, after he prescribes something and is willing to up dosages and try new meds as needed.

Dr Hussaini never did a psychiatric assessment on my son. The initial evaluation was less than 15 min. He prescribed 10 mg Prozac. Follow up appointment was 5 minutes. He increased his Prozac to 20 mg and added .25 mg klonopin. Third session he saw him for 5 minutes and renewed his meds. The next day he committed suicide.
