I went in last October 2023 and had a miserable experience. I've been visiting Dr. Swisher since 2005, the man is an excellent dentist. He did everything right. The problem is help. I showed up for my appointment and was told it had been cancelled. Dr. Swisher's assistant was sick. The receptionist was such a piece of work that a 5 star dentist gets a 1 star review. The receptionist informed me they tried to call me, they didn't have a number listed. She then said we can reschedule, but we're backed up till next year. I said... read more
Dr. Swisher is one of the kindest, most informative dentists that I have met. I have traveled across the country. He is by far #1. From the sweet Receptionist to the friendly and efficient Office Manager to the thorough Hygienist. The staff and office are a reflection of Dr. Swisher.
