She was very rude to me :(
She puts you down if you don't do all the services she wants you to do. She acts as if money isn't an object to everyone. She is doing something shady with the insurance for sure. There's been many times I've heard her say something like well just combine your insurances. Somehow insurance gets charged for more than the costs but whatever I haven't seen a bill so I'm fine with that. She's very rude in the way she talks to my kids.
