I love our new vet. They are all so friendly. My previous vet was not very personable. Here at VCA they make you feel welcome and show that they truly care. They make you want to keep coming back.

I have been bringing my dog and kitties here for the past 4+ years. Dr. Dymun is our favorite! She helped through the hard times of losing my 14 year old cat Bo in June. Even after all this time, she still remembers me and makes me feel like my fur babies are in good hands. The staff is always friendly and very courteous. I very rarely have to wait for appointments and I always can get someone on the phone willing to help. I highly recommend VCA Charles London if you want caring, thoughtful, and excellent service
