Waiter 55 minutes for my wife to be seen. After 45 minutes a woman came in and they took her back 2 minutes later, I asked if they forgot my wife and the one woman asked her name and went looking for her chart, 5 minutes later they came out to get her. Very disorganized. ..if we were an hour late do you think they would have taken her ..no one cares...
