Dr. Hall and her staff are caring and compassionate for all their patience. Dr. Hall makes sure you are taken care of before during and after surgery. She is very kind and gentle. Although I personally would not want to make her mad. Maureen, her PA, sends you home with her number and says to call if you have any questions or concerns after surgery. What? Who does that? Dr. Hall's reverse total shoulder replacement surgery has eliminated my pain and restored my range of motion. Throughout the process, she and her medical assistant, Maureen, were the best of listeners, who didn't jump to conclusions about treatment; they also provided thorough answers to all of my many questions. I recently had a three year check up with Dr. Hall. She did a shoulder replacement on each of my shoulders and I continue to see her once a year. There were no complications at all with my surgeries and the pain during recovery was minimal. I was most pleased to be able to do my rehab at home with exercises given by Dr. Hall. Dr. Hall and her team are the very best. Very thorough, experience tops, patient and compassionate. Had to have surgery and Dr. Hall and her assistant Maureen and team could not have been any better throughout the whole experience.
I saw Dr. Hall seeking a second opinion regarding the diagnosis of a torn rotator cuff. I did not believe that was the problem, but rather degenerative discs C4-C7. Dr. Hall did a through examination of my shoulders, reviewed my MRI and Xrays with me (actually having me view the images). She and I discussed the possible cause of my pain and what triggers it, and treatment prescribed. I highly recommend Dr. Hall if you are need need of an orthopedic surgeon for shoulder.
Dr Hall and Maureen are amazing people. Friendly, patient they don't rush you. If you need anything done to your shoulders, I highly recommend Dr. Hall.
Dr. Hall did a very complete assessment of my shoulder issue. She explained everything to me. I never felt rushed at all. This was a great experience. She did the same for my husband. I wish all Doctors were as professional and nice. I feel like I'm in the best of hands with her.

I am a professional musician and have demanding needs of my shoulder! Dr. Hall was thorough, empathetic, and wound up doing less surgery than she initially anticipated. She explained everything along the way including various possible scenarios. Maureen, her PA, has a fantastic sense of humor with a no nonsense approach to care. Both are highly skilled and think through solutions based on the individual. MOST highly recommended!!
