Dr. Airiani has been my ophthalmologist since Dr. Berman retired. I have been very happy with her and her office, which seems to have the newest equipment. Several years ago, she did an in-office iridotomy due to high eye pressure in both eye with a laser instrument. Four months ago, she performed cataract surgery on both eyes, and I am very happy with the result. If I could give more than 5 stars to Dr. Airiani and her staff, you'd see them all here! I am a Medical Practicioner, so perhaps I am a bit more critical if the standards are not what I think they should be for patients. From the moment you walk in to the office, it is impeccably clean and comfortable. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, but it still took 1 hour and 30 minutes before I was finally able to see the doctor. I’ve mentioned this over and over again: every time I make an appointment, I ask to be scheduled during a less busy time. Yet every single visit, I end up waiting at least an hour. At this point, I honestly don’t understand the purpose of having appointments if patients are expected to wait this long every time.
