Terrible doctor. If you want to be ignored, talked down to and gaslighted. Have at it. She needs to fired.
Dr Tran is a wonderful doctor. I feel that she listens to what I have to say and always has suggestions. I have been through quite a few doctors to deal with my thyroid disease and she is by far superior to who I had before treating me.
Subpar care, doesn’t listen to patients
Go literally anywhere else. Not actually Stanford doc, just affiliated. No oversight from Stanford. You’d get better care at a jail. No joke. Just don’t go if you value your health and safety at all.
*WARNING* Dr. Tran may seem friendly at first, but it is all an act. When it comes to the care provided, substandard would be a generous description. Avoid at all costs, unless you enjoy being talked down to, and being prescribed medication with potentially fatal consequences.
I have a rare neurological disease for which I recently underwent a huge operation. Dr. Tran has been there for me 100% and makes me feel better physically and emotionally. (I'm about half way through a year long recovery and I get a little frustrated sometimes.) Bottom line - I'm a challenging patient and she handles me with confidence and grace. I definitely recommend visiting her in her brand new office building.
